Welcome to my website! My name is Brittany Miller, and I’m a therapist with a background in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. My passion is helping people understand their minds and build strategies that truly work for them.

My Journey
Growing up, I faced my own challenges with focus, overwhelm, and anxiety. The lack of accessible resources meant I often struggled in silence, unsure of how to manage my thoughts and responsibilities. This personal experience led me to pursue a degree in Psychology, where I gained a deep understanding of mental health, ADHD, and behavioral science.
After completing my degree, I worked as a therapist and counselor, helping individuals navigate their emotions, habits, and mental roadblocks. Working closely with people who felt stuck reinforced my passion for creating practical, science-backed tools that make a real difference in everyday life.

Why I Created the ADHD Bloom Planner
Through my work, I saw a major gap—traditional planners and productivity systems simply don’t work for neurodivergent minds. Many of my clients with ADHD felt frustrated by rigid structures that weren’t built for them.
I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I created the ADHD Bloom Planner—a customizable, brain-friendly system designed to help you build routines, stay organized, and reduce stress in a way that works with your brain, not against it.
